Runout deal sees Australia’s most affordable seven-seater, the Mahindra XUV700, now $4000 cheaper at $35,990 drive-away.
Mahindra has slashed the price of its already bargain-priced seven-seat SUV, the XUV700, by an additional $4000. This makes the Mahindra XUV700 $35,990 drive-away, about as cheap as an entry-level Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport ($32,110 before on-roads) depending on state.
Already Australia’s most-affordable seven-seater, even at its regular $39,990 drive-away pricing, the Mahindra now undercuts the most-affordable Nissan X-Trail ST AWD ($41,140) by more than $5000 before the addition of on-road costs.
The Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max is priced from $41,990 drive-away, followed by the Mitsubishi Outlander ES petrol at $42,540 before on-roads and the LDV D90 Mode RWD for $43,647 drive-away.
The Mahindra XUV700 is available in two variants, both of which are supported by the runout offer, the AX7 (priced from $35,990 drive-away) and the more well-equipped AX7L (priced from $38,990), which adds a 360-degree camera, wired smartphone charging and projection, and an additional airbag (driver’s knee).
All variants of the XUV700 are powered by a 149kW/380Nm 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine and use a six-speed automatic transmission to drive the front wheels. Fuel use is rated at 8.3L/100km (91RON fuel), and the car is supported by a seven-year/150,000km warranty.
The XUV700 has not been assessed or safety rated by ANCAP.
The offer is available on all Mahindra XUV700 models purchased and delivered before January 31, 2026. The price does not include metallic paint (red, silver, black), which can be added for an additional $495.
